The default transaction currency is the Barbados dollar and payments can be made using Mastercard, Visa or Visa Debit cards and any other major credit card On this page you will find our Returns & Exchange policy and our Shipping Policy. RETURNS & EXCHANGES ===================== The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.etteza.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from etteza.com. Please make sure you are completely satisfied before wearing the shoes as if there is evidence of wear the item will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price. We gladly accept returns to www.etteza.com! To ensure that you will receive a credit for your return, all products must be returned in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition and when we introduce clothes at a later stage, all tags must be intact when clothing is returned. Returning Merchandise Back to Online Store: - You have 21 business days to return merchandise back to the online store from the ship date. - Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and all tags must be attached. - Proof of purchase must be provided if requested. - Jewelry may not be exchanged or returned. - Sales of gift cards cannot be returned for credit or a refund. - Shipping cost or government fees are not included in refund. - Items collected in store are not eligible to be returned by delivery service. Return To Store: We are happy to accept your etteza.com items for return or exchange at our Etteza retail store located at: #2 Sealy Hall, Merricks, St Philip 18033, Barbados Tel – 246 243 7006 Late Returns: If you return an item to etteza.com that is considered late and is past the allotted time frame, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you. We reserve the right to require your name, address, and telephone number on all returns and exchanges, and for returns without a receipt, you will be required to present a valid government-issued ID. If a discount was applied to the original purchase, the return amount will be adjusted accordingly. Refunds will be provided based on your original form of payment and does not include shipping cost or government fees. We reserve the right to verify original purchase on returns made without a receipt. - A cash refund will be issued when original payment was made with cash. - A credit will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase. - If a gift/merchandise card or gift receipt was used, an exchange or a merchandise credit will be issued. Return To online store Directions: 1. Email us at customerservice@etteza.com or Call our online store at 246-243-7006 to request RMA (return merchandise authorization) and BPS form if returning by post. 2. Fill out the RMA and BPS form. Mail to Etteza , #2 Sealy Hall, Merricks, St Philip 18033, Barbados. 3. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package if possible. 4. Include this packing slip with your return merchandise. 5. Affix the BPS Address Label form with the ETTEZA mailing address to the outside of your return package. 6. Delivery charges for all returns coming from outside of Barbados are at the customer. 7. Etteza is not responsible for customer returns that are not received. SHIPPING POLICY =============== Orders are shipped via our delivery service. Please provide the best contact number if the delivery service needs to reach you. Payment Method: - At checkout with a Mastercard, Visa or other major cards. Barbados Next Day Delivery: - Orders placed after 9AM Monday - Friday no weekend deliveries. Please note orders placed after 9AM on Fridays will be delivered on Monday. Regional Express Shipping: - Regional express orders will be shipped 24 business hours after the order was placed. - Express orders take between 3 - 5 business days to reach your country. - Courier: DHL or Post Office express mail service - Cost: $20USD and up Regional Standard Shipping: - Regional standard orders will be shipped 24 business hours after the order was placed. - Standard Shipping orders take between 2 - 4 weeks to reach your country. - Courier: Post Office (Parcel Post) - Cost: $10USD and up If additional processing time is needed, our Customer Care team will reach out regarding any delays. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment. Please Note we are not in control of the taxes and duties imposed on your order by your government. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.
